Conditions of Entry
In general, categories of the Channel S Awards 2012 is open to all successful individuals and organisations in the community, who/that have a presence in the UK. Entries are welcome from all over the United Kingdom. There are certain exceptions to this general rule details of which can be found in the conditions of entry included in the application packs.

Nomination Eligibility
All Nominees will be invited to the Awards evening.

Nomination forms will be available on the Channel S website and at the Channel S Television office. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the Channel S office by the nomination close date. Please note the following conditions:

bullet Individual nominees must reside and/or work in the UK
bullet Nominees are advised to have access to email and be willing to communicate electronically (if convenient to them). 

Can a Previous Applicant Apply?
Yes. Any individual or an organisation submitted nominations in the past can apply again.

Judging Process
Nominations are judged by an impartial panel of representatives from the House of Lords, leading organisations and other key stakeholders. Once all nominations have been sorted into the different categories, all qualified nominees will be required to complete an information questionnaire that will be forwarded to them by e-mail.

The judges will determine the finalists in each category. Please note that the judges reserve the right to reassign the category of the nominee.
